Anirban Chakraborty

  • Anirban has close to three decades of experience in Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, M&A Advisory, PE fund raising and Private Credit.
  • In his last stint as Managing Director & CEO of TFCI, he formulated and developed the growth strategy by de-risking the company's business portfolio and ensuring an increase in income/operating profit and net interest margin.
  • Prior to TFCI, as the Dy CEO of Axis Capital, he architected the transformation from an ECM focused investment bank to an advisory-led investment bank, which included advisory practices such as private equity placement, mergers and acquisitions, and debt capital markets, resulting in a diversified best-in-class investment bank.
  • Anirban holds a B.Tech from the University of Kolkata. He is a FIE (Fellow of the Institution of Engineers) and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from the University of Mumbai.

Ajit Dash Choudhury

  • Ajit is a Chartered Accountant and has over 23 years of experience in building and managing businesses across various segments in Banking (including debt syndication, financial advisory, relationship management, structured finance etc.) with a proven record in handling complex infrastructure, manufacturing, corporate & structured Finance transactions.
  • Prior to setting up Cadmus Capital, he was Executive Director at Tourism Finance Corporation of India (TFCI) responsible for Business Development and Resource Mobilization (Fund raising etc).
  • Before TFCI, he worked as Country Head (Mid-Corporate vertical) and Business Head (West Region for Large & Mid corporates) at Axis Bank. At Axis Bank, he set-up the Debt Underwriting and Syndication business and scaled it up to be among Top-3 Debt Syndicators in India. He has expertise in domestic as well as overseas syndication/ distribution having concluded transactions of more than US$20 Billion.

Sumeet Mehlawat

  • Sumeet has over 18 years of diversified experience in Corporate Client Coverage, Investment Banking, Private Credit & Project Finance.
  • Prior to setting up Cadmus Capital, she was Head of Corporate Coverage at Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Ltd (PCHFL). At Piramal, she was responsible for building the Non RE private credit book.
  • Before PCHFL, she worked with Large Corporate Coverage Team at Axis Bank handling a portfolio of Rs.30,000 Crore across sectors. She was instrumental in setting up of the M&A Advisory desk and worked on assignments across departments including Project Finance advisory, Financial advisory, Investment Banking, Large Corporate Coverage etc.
  • Sumeet holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai. She is a Chartered Accountant and has completed her B.Com (Hons) from Delhi University.
